DESCRIPTION: Junmai Ginjo Nigori.
Made by Daimon Shuzo, Osaka Prefecture. Clean, fruity, and mellow nigori sake. Nigori sake is made so that some of the rice lees remain in the bottle after pressing. The Katano area was home to many Osaka brewers in the Edo Era (1603-1867), but today only two brewers survive. This sake takes its name from the Katano-area brewing tradition.
